Republican Party of Texas: State Republican Executive Committee, 1996-1998 (Senate District 9). Served on Special Interim Rules Committee charged with hearing testimony and recommending changes in state party rules.

Victory '06 - general support. Although running unopposed for re-election, printed and coordinated distribution of several thousand "early vote" reminder cards in Coppell area. Provided funding support for GOP-organized voter identification and turnout efforts. Walked precincts distributing early vote materials.

Chief Justice Tom Phillips (Texas Supreme Court-1995). Assisted in organizing Dallas fundraising reception.

Victory '94 - Dallas County Chairman. Organized and supervised six volunteer telephone centers making voter identification, advocacy, and "get-out-the-vote" phone calls. Obtained phone center locations, negotiated leases and/or obtained contributions, recruited telephone center chairmen. Coordinated volunteer recruitment at centers and assisted telephone center chairmen in obtaining furniture and campaign literature. Addressed and resolved operational disputes among volunteers. The Dallas County telephone centers made over 130,000 "get-out-the-vote" calls to Dallas County voters.
